Located in the heart of Perth, Tasmania, this four-bedroom home combines modern design with sustainable living solutions.
The raked ceiling in the living room creates an open, airy space, while thermally broken windows bring in ample natural light and enhance energy efficiency. Solar panels power the home, and a heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system ensures fresh air circulation throughout the year.
Natural materials and low VOC paint were chosen to improve indoor air quality, while an air-source heat pump provides efficient hot water. This project exemplifies Haven Homes’ commitment to creating homes that are as sustainable as they are beautiful.
